International Yoga Day Celebration – 21st June 2024
On 21st June 2024, we proudly celebrated International Yoga Day at Bahubali Park, Karkardooma Road, Bahubali Enclave, Anand Vihar, Delhi-92with a vibrant and engaging yoga event aimed at promoting health, wellness, and mindfulness . This special occasion provided an excellent opportunity for individuals to embrace the ancient practice of yoga and experience its transformative benefits. The event witnessed an overwhelming participation of more than 50 individuals, all coming together to cultivate a sense of inner peace, physical fitness, and overall well-being.
The celebration included structured yoga sessions designed to cater to people of all ages and skill levels. Whether beginners or experienced practitioners, everyone had the chance to participate and learn under the guidance of expert yoga instructors. The sessions included a variety of asanas (postures) that helped improve flexibility, strength, and balance. Participants were encouraged to engage in movements that not only enhanced their physical health but also provided mental clarity and relaxation.
In addition to yoga practice, the event also featured meditation sessions aimed at fostering mindfulness and reducing stress. Our guided meditation sessions allowed attendees to experience deep relaxation, helping them develop a sense of inner peace and emotional well-being. These check-ups allowed participants to monitor their basic health indicators, such as blood pressure, blood sugar levels, and overall fitness. Health experts provided valuable advice on maintaining a healthy lifestyle through proper diet, exercise, and stress management.
